Delete your Jashchar account

This page is for everyone who uses Jashchar: on the website or in the Jashchar app.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in: the mobile number login, your password, and every app on which you are signed in.
- Your profile on the account: photo, e-mail and contact details held for signing in.
- Your sign-in history and app notification tokens.
ನಿಮ್ಮ login (mobile number, password), profile ಮತ್ತು app sign-in ಗಳನ್ನು ಅಳಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
What your school keeps
Your school decides what it must keep by law or for its own records, for example admission records, fee receipts, marks, certificates and attendance. Those stay with the school after your sign-in is deleted. To have those removed too, ask your school office; they can delete them in Jashchar.
ಶಾಲೆ ಕಾನೂನಿನಂತೆ ಇಡಬೇಕಾದ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳು (ದಾಖಲಾತಿ, fees ರಸೀದಿ, ಅಂಕಗಳು) ಶಾಲೆಯ ಬಳಿಯೇ ಉಳಿಯುತ್ತವೆ.
How long it takes
We finish every request within 30 days. Until then you can still sign in.
