School fees that bill themselves
Set the fee plan of each class once. When a student is admitted, the fees, the discount and the bus fee are billed by themselves, in instalments with their due dates.
What it does
Admission bills the fees
The class's fee plan, the sibling or staff discount the school decided, and the bus fee of the child's stop.
A receipt in seconds
Print on A4 or on a small 2 or 3 inch receipt printer; the parent gets the receipt in the app.
Dues remembered for you
Parents are reminded of what is due by themselves, so the office does not call each family.
Pay online to your own account
Parents pay by the school's own UPI or Razorpay; the money goes straight to the school.
Fee reports
Collected today, dues by class, who has not paid: as Excel or PDF, or ask JASH.
How to start
- Make the fee plan of each class once: the heads, the instalments and the due dates.
- Admit the student: the fees, the discount and the bus fee are billed by themselves.
- Collect at the counter or online: the receipt goes to the parent, and the reminders stop.
Questions
Can we bring our old dues?
Yes. The old balance comes in with your data, and a student who joins late is billed from the current instalment.
Can parents pay by UPI?
Yes, to the school's own UPI or Razorpay account. Jashchar does not hold the school's money.
Does it work with a small receipt printer?
Yes: 2 inch and 3 inch receipt printers, and A4.
