Parents know everything, without a phone call

Homework, fees, attendance, the bus and circulars reach the parent's phone by themselves: free in the Jashchar app, or on WhatsApp from the school's own number.

What it does

Chats inside the app

Like WhatsApp, inside the school's app: class groups made by themselves, and nobody's mobile number is shared.

The app first, WhatsApp last

A message goes free in the app; WhatsApp only when the school wants it, or when the parent has not read it.

The school's own number

WhatsApp messages come from the school's own number, in the school's name.

Homework with Done

The teacher posts homework in the class group; parents see it and mark it done.

Parents' login by itself

On admission the parent gets the sign-in by SMS: their mobile number and a code, no password to remember.

How to start

  1. Admit the student: the parent's login is made by itself.
  2. The parent signs in with the mobile number and the code sent by SMS.
  3. Homework, fees, attendance and messages reach them every day by themselves.

Questions

Does WhatsApp cost money?

Messages in the app are free. A WhatsApp message costs a little (Meta's price) from the school's wallet; the school chooses which messages go on WhatsApp.

Can teachers see parents' numbers?

No. Chats work without showing anyone's mobile number.

Which phones?

Android phones, and any phone's browser.
