Jashchar is a school management system made in India for Indian schools, colleges and trusts. Our aim is simple: what a school repeats every day, month and year should happen by itself, so that one person in the office can do the work of many.
What it does
- Admissions, and from the admission the fees, discounts, transport and the parent's sign-in follow by themselves.
- Fees and receipts, attendance, examinations and results, timetable, homework and lesson plans.
- Transport, hostel, library, stock, staff, leave and payroll.
- Messages to parents and staff on WhatsApp, SMS and app notifications.
- For trusts with several schools: one view of every school.
How we work
- Everyone signs in with their own mobile number; each school sees only its own data.
- Data is kept on servers in India and backed up every day.
- Every new school can try it free for 30 days.
