How the service is delivered
- Free trial: your school's panel is ready as soon as you sign up at jashchar.com/register.
- Plans and renewals: the plan is activated automatically as soon as the payment succeeds, and the new end date shows in your panel.
- Communication Wallet top-ups: the balance is added as soon as the payment succeeds.
- Sign-in codes and notices are sent to your registered mobile number.
If something is not activated
If your plan or top-up is not active within 24 hours of a successful payment, contact us with the Razorpay payment ID and we will put it right:
